Will the doctor know who I am?
No. By default the doctor sees only the display name you choose and a reference code. Your real name and mobile number are masked at the database layer, not just hidden on screen. Calls are bridged through our number so your phone number is never passed on.
Is the first consultation free?
The first few minutes of your first consultation are free. After that you are billed per minute from your wallet, and the meter stops the moment either side ends the session.
Are the doctors real and verified?
Every practitioner is checked against their state medical council registration before being allowed to take a consultation. Profiles show qualification, registration status, years of experience and completed consultations.
Can I choose a woman doctor?
Yes. Set a preference for a male or female practitioner once and you will only be shown doctors of that gender.
Can I get a prescription online?
A Registered Medical Practitioner may issue a digital prescription where they consider it appropriate, under India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Counsellors on the platform provide advice and therapy but do not prescribe.
How does it appear on my bank statement?
Payments appear under a neutral descriptor that does not name the health category.
What if I only want to understand my problem first?
